Brandon Valencia grew up here in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where his high school days were filled with marching band and a bit of baseball. Now, he's an Account Manager here at Ethereal Consulting, where he’s been focused on building better habits, expanding his mindset, and forging stronger relationships.
In the short term, Brandon aims to grow his team and continue developing his discipline. Looking further ahead, he’s aiming for a Branch Manager role where he can help others achieve their own professional goals, just as he works toward his own.
Brandon is an avid traveler with trips to South Korea and Hungary under his belt when he's not busy at work. He’s only been with the company for a few months, but the opportunity for growth, recognition, and new challenges is what first drew him here.
Brandon is motivated by the desire for stability, personal growth, and, of course, creating a future where he’s in control. Family is also a huge inspiration for him as he strives to reach new heights in both his personal and professional life.
