Gildas Kodjo

Gildas Kodjo is our CEO/ Owner here at Ethereal. He’s originally from a small country in West Africa called Lome, Togo but moved to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania when he was 4 years old. Gildas attended Penn State University where he studied Criminal Justice and played Division 1 Rugby. For the short period of time that Gildas has been in business he has obtained financial stability, became a better communicator and learned so much about how to run a successful business. Gildas’s goal is to effectively duplicate himself to anyone and everyone so that he can give the same opportunity that he’s received! His drive to become financially free and put his family in a better position has contributed greatly to his success here at Ethereal. Gildas is also known for his excellent public speaking skills and being super motivational! Fun Fact: A fun fact about Gildas is that he is AMBIDEXTROUS!

Nikaira Fisher

Kaira Fisher is our Head Of Recruiting And Administration here at Ethereal, born and raised in west Philadelphia. Her goal is “Time Freedom” , having the ability to spend time with friends and family without worrying about money or work. Kaira is the first in her family to go to college and graduate with 2 degrees in psychology, she’s a mother and secretary for Clothed N Strength, a non profit that provides resources for women who’ve been through trauma . Fun Fact: A fun fact about Kaira is she played Lacrosse for 4 years and was a dance instructor.

Tomas Martin Jesus Vasquez

A Fort Wayne native and U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Tomas thrives in competitive environments. A former football and track athlete, he now excels in sales, closing 18 deals in a week and maintaining a 100% ABP rate for three months! Known as the "ABP King", he leads in office metrics with low cancellations and high approvals. His goal is to build a strong team, become a D1 or NFL coach, and one day own a business. Motivated by his family and a passion for proving doubters wrong. Tomas is committed to making a lasting impact!

Brandon Skinner

Brandon Skinner serves as an Account Manager at Ethereal Consulting, bringing a diverse background as a High School football coach, fire sprinkler foreman, and bid coordinator in the construction industry. He has taken courses at BYU-Idaho and is currently pursuing a Business degree. Committed to continuous learning and self-improvement, Brandon strives to build a high-performing team that upholds strong standards and excellence in every endeavor. Originally from Dallas, Texas, he met his wife, Joy, in High School and together they share a life with three children.

Anarahiz Perez earned an assistant management role in just six months, leading with compassion and relentless determination to help others reach their highest potential. With 12 years of competitive basketball, leadership is second nature. Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, her mission is clear: retire her mother, build generational wealth for her family, and create a girls’ basketball team that empowers the next generation.

Maurin Calderon

Maurin Calderón is a driven Individual at Ethereal Consulting, where she focuses on leadership, business development, and marketing. Originally from Los Angeles, she moved to Fort Wayne to embrace a fresh start and has quickly made an impact through her collaborative spirit and dedication to growth. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking local trails and baking with her family. Maurin’s long-term vision is to lead her own office and continue developing as a leader within the company.

Tyler Yoder was born in Warsaw, Indiana and raised in Churubusco, Indiana experiences that helped shape his strong people skills, patience, and ability to connect with others. About two and a half months ago, he relocated to Fort Wayne, Indiana in pursuit of personal and professional growth, learning the value of resilience, consistency, and maintaining a positive mindset. At Ethereal Consulting, Tyler serves as an Account Manager with a focus on team building and recruiting while fostering a loving, family-oriented culture. His goals include growing his self-confidence, empowering others, and becoming a more impactful and influential leader. Ultimately, Tyler is driven by a vision of retiring his family and building an impactful ministry.

Sylvester Orozco

From South Bend, Indiana, this 22-year-old senior at Trine University is studying Sports Management while competing as a college athlete. With a background in high school coaching, they were preparing to begin a college coaching career before an unexpected opportunity shifted their path. Set to graduate next December, they believe fully in this opportunity and are driven by leadership, growth, and a commitment to building something meaningful.

Danielle Minick

Danielle is from New Haven, with strong ties to Fort Wayne. She attended Ivy Tech, where she pursued a degree in psychology, and has a deep interest in track, baseball, and basketball. Through her work in the business, Danielle has learned how to build leaders and now can teach others what she’s learned in a fraction of the time it took her. She’s gained a wide range of skills and is constantly growing. In the short term, Danielle’s goals include successfully running the retail campaign and opening her own market as a Branch Manager. She’s also driven to prove the doubters wrong and show that she can achieve success on her terms. Looking toward the future, Danielle’s long-term personal and professional goals include becoming a National Consultant in travel and photography, as well as creating a nonprofit charity. She also dreams of building a family compound and helping others along the way. Having been in the business for quite some time, Danielle made the decision to change her life for the better and find a career that would allow her to grow her future. Her motivation comes from the opportunities she has to improve not only the lives of her family but also the people who join the business. Danielle is known for her inspiring presence and the positive influence she has on those around her.

Chance Ogle

Chance grew up & was raised in Fort Worth Texas. His family moved to Indiana back in 2012. He graduated From Angola High School with a 4.0 GPA. During his high school career, he played both basketball and baseball. He is currently an Account Manager here at Ethereal. He speaks on national calls all the time relating and educating reps in other offices. Fun Fact: His grandfather played for the Texas Rangers. He is only 4 months in the business, but his passion for helping others achieve/reach their goals is immense. He wants to become a pillar for his family and change the course of destiny by providing generational wealth and skill sets. His knack for connecting with others is a big reason why he is an amazing trainer and leader.
